Password Help
Lots of web browser software is badly designed and sometimes makes it
difficult for people to type usernames and passwords. If you're having
trouble with Robby's website, I'll be happy to help. Please send e-mail to

Enter Robby's website or

Some Hints
- A common problem when typing a username and password is accidentally
using uppercase letters
instead of lowercase. Make sure "Caps Lock" isn't turned on.
- Extra spaces in a username or password can cause problems, and
they're difficult to see. Make sure you don't have any extra spaces at
the end of the username.
- Microsoft Explorer might suggest something for you in the spot for
"User name:" and it usually makes the wrong suggestion. Make sure
you've typed what you expect in the spot for "User name:".
Here are examples of the login form used by Microsoft Explorer
and Firefox (without the password, naturally).
